I built it for myself first.
I’d spent fifteen years at a desk before my body sent the bill.
By the time I noticed my hips, they were locked. So I went looking. Research papers, physiotherapist videos, half the App Store. Every app handed me a menu and asked me to pick. None of them read my body, my data, or what I’d done that day.
Whoop scored my recovery. Oura scored my readiness. Nothing scored the thing quietly stiffening every day I sat down to work.
So I built it. An app that reads your sleep, your workouts, and the parts of you you’ve been neglecting, then hands you the ten minutes that matter most today.
